All products displayed on the platform are directly sourced and quality checked by our local Luxembourg warehouse team before listing, and every order is processed, packed, and fulfilled by our in-house operational team, with no unauthorized third-party resellers involved in the sales workflow.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access, browse, and use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to keep your account information secure, or your negligence in notifying us of an unauthorized access event in a timely manner. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your user account if we find that you provide false personal registration information, use the account for fraudulent order activities, infringe on the legitimate rights of other users, or violate any clauses outlined in these Terms of Service.

You may at any time submit a request to permanently delete your user account, after which all your stored profile information and historical order records will be erased in compliance with our Privacy Policy, except for the limited transaction data we are legally required to retain for tax and commercial record keeping purposes under Luxembourg regulations.

3. Product Information, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

All product prices displayed on www.societerangement.com are denominated in Euro, inclusive of applicable Luxembourg VAT tax, but do not include shipping fees unless your order meets the free shipping threshold of €99 as outlined in our independent Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, update promotional activity rules, and modify discount offer terms at any time without prior individual notification to users, but the price that takes effect at the exact moment you complete the checkout process will be the final applicable price for your confirmed order.

After you submit an order and complete the payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email sent to your registered email address. This automatic confirmation only indicates that we have received your order request, and does not constitute formal order acceptance by our company. Our formal acceptance of your order takes effect only when our warehouse team verifies that your ordered product is in available stock, and sends you the official order dispatch confirmation email to notify you that your parcel has been shipped out. If your ordered product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled within 14 calendar days, we will notify you of the stock shortage situation, and offer you the options of waiting for the restock, exchanging to an alternative equivalent storage product of the same value, or processing a full unconditional refund for the corresponding out-of-stock item.

4. Payment and Transaction Terms

All payment processing services on our website are provided by licensed, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment service providers that meet EU financial security regulations. We do not store your full credit card number, debit card CVV code, or sensitive financial account information on our local servers at any time. You confirm that the payment method you use to settle your order is legally owned by you, and you have sufficient authorization and available funds to complete the payment for your order, with no fraudulent behavior of any kind involved in the transaction.

We reserve the right to conduct necessary transaction security verification for any high-risk order that shows signs of potential fraud, including requesting you to provide official identity verification documents, proof of billing address, or additional supporting information to confirm the legitimacy of your order. During the verification process, we may temporarily suspend the processing of your order, and we will only proceed to dispatch your parcel after completing the verification and confirming there is no fraud risk. We will not be liable for delivery delays caused by this legitimate security verification process.

If a payment reversal, chargeback, or disputed transaction is submitted without reasonable legitimate grounds after you have received the ordered product, we reserve the right to record this behavior in our system, restrict your subsequent access to account shopping features, and take corresponding legal actions to pursue compensation for the economic loss caused by the malicious chargeback behavior.

  5. Modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling any part of our website source code, frontend display logic, or backend operation algorithm, without our explicit written permission.

Once we confirm that you have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, we have the right to immediately terminate your access permission to our website, permanently ban your user account, cancel all unfulfilled orders under your name, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability and claim corresponding economic compensation for the losses caused by your misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property and User Generated Content

All text, product photos, video demonstration materials, graphic designs, UI layout, original copywriting, brand slogan, and all other content displayed on www.societerangement.com are exclusive intellectual property works owned by SOCIETE LUXEMBOURGEOISE DU RANGEMENT S.à r.l.. When you submit product reviews, usage photos, feedback content, or other user-generated public content to our website review section, you automatically grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display this submitted content on our website, official social media accounts, and marketing promotional materials, to showcase real user experience of our storage products. If you do not agree to this licensing arrangement, you may contact our support team to request us to remove your specific submitted content from our public display channels, and we will process your removal request within 10 working days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
